Will NyQuil show up as alcohol on a urine drug test?
I'm curious, could consuming NyQuil potentially lead to a false positive for alcohol on a urine drug test? I've heard that some over-the-counter medications can interact with these tests, and I'm wondering if NyQuil is one of them. I understand that NyQuil contains alcohol as an ingredient, but I'm unsure if that would be enough to trigger a positive result on a standard urine test. Could you please clarify this for me?
